The structure of the economy is not constant: some industries and types of industries are characterized by rapid development, while others slow down its pace of growth, stagnating.
Specifics of structural adjustment in Russia lies in the fact that it is carried out in the transformational recession that accompanies any transition from one economic system to another, which in our country was superimposed on the structural crisis that started in the 80′s. Structural adjustment is carried out in the changing forms and methods of state influence on the economy, a significant reduction in government spending and centralized lending.
