Feasibility Study (FS) – a calculation and analysis of economic indicators of the organization (enterprise). Production and financial calculations are performed at least three years.
Recommended Plan Feasibility Study:
1. General information about company (name, brief description, the history of the organization, industry and business activities (OKVED), INN / KPP, account, bank, organizational and legal form, registration number, founders, founding documents, the location of the object, etc. );
2. Production program (production capacity, sales, business organization and overhead costs, operational (production) costs).
3. Material factors of production (availability of material resources, fixed and circulating capital, the analysis of marriage and industrial waste, etc.).
4. Manpower (staffing, payroll, analysis of security manpower, staff development, dynamics and causes of movement of personnel, utilization of working time, etc.).
5. Financial, economic valuation (sales revenue, EBITDA (EBITDA = Revenue – cost – selling and administrative expenses + depreciation (because it sits in the cost), if the calculation ebitda – is operating income and expenses is better not to consider), the proceeds net from the sale, profit before tax, net income, basic earnings per share, ROCE (ROCE = EBIT / (Total Assets-Current Liabilities); EBIT – an operating profit, which is calculated as the difference between gross profit and operating expenses; Total Assets – total assets (property) or total assets; Current Liabilities – Short-term liabilities), capital expenditure, the share price at year-end, cost-effectiveness (by type), the rate of return, etc.) the dividend per share, profit from sales, profit before tax , undistributed profits, assets at 31 December, capital and investment, market capitalization).
