THEORETICAL RATIONALE FOR OPTIMIZING THE STRUCTURE OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION
The need to increase food production and raw materials for industry conclusively proved. Lack of new land for agricultural development, reducing the workforce in agriculture can be successfully compensated for the additional attraction of the material resources to improve the fertility of the available land and labor productivity.
In order to further investment in this specific industry gave high rates of return necessary to optimize the structure of production. In relation to agriculture structure optimization means ensuring rational ratios and proportions in space and time between the main elements of the production process, in particular between technology, equipment and manpower. Structure that is relatively stable over time ordered the mutual arrangement of system elements presented as a relatively stable relationship directions and production activities, namely as the ratio between parkland and other material resources and manpower, as a relatively stable distribution of them among the production units.
Influence of the structure of production on its results, the effectiveness of the use of available resources can be traced in several directions.
Firstly, they are working on-farm processes specialization and concentration production. Rational correlation between the proportions between the area of agricultural land, productive livestock, equipment and labor within the boundaries of units allows to perform processing operations, to more fully load the equipment, to prevent loss of working time.
Secondly, the hierarchical structure of organizational and industrial structures allows us to establish economically and socially justifiable ratio of centralization and decentralization of production management, improve its efficiency, validity and responsiveness.
Third, the organizational structure of production units, their size and composition, as well as the nature of the interaction between them depends largely on the ratio of management, efficiency wages on outcomes.
